IV was conceived as a luxury and exclusive venue in Rome with the idea to surprise you. After forty years of experience accumulated in both an Italian and international business context and due to his strong link with the City, the Roman entrepreneur Luciano Di Pietro realized this unique site in order to change the approach to life on the Tiber. The boat is located on the stretch of water that goes from Ponte Sisto IV to Ponte Mazzini. This particular area is equivalent in size to Circo Massimo, and is known as Piazza Tevere. A specific stretch of water perfectly straight and, the New York artist Kristin Jones adopted it and installed the images of the ancient wolves of Rome, immobile, delicately designed on the blackened walls that sustain the Tiber's waters using a special technique called “hydro-cleaning”. situated in this square area, private and quiet, an open-air showroom, destined to become one of the City's focal social and cultural areas, where the river flows silently and the frenetic life of the City, though at a few meters, seems light years away.
